Sr Sheila McNamara   RSCJ 

Sr Sheila is a Sacred Heart sister living in community in Fenham, Newcastle. After working for many years in school based education, for the last 11 years she has worked in Spirituality ministry. Sheila is a Spiritual Director and Supervisor and trains others in Spiritual Accompaniment. She co-ordinates the Diocesan Team of Spiritual Directors. She very much enjoys leading Quiet Days and Retreats, working with music, poetry, image, film, silence and Scripture. Sheila is also on the Provincial Leadership Team of her Congregation.
