Euan Tait leads this weekend in the form of a pilgrimage through Elgar's great work as well as an exploration of John Henry Newman's poem through the eyes of a praying poet, who interprets the message of the music and text in a fresh way that leads us into new insights into our own prayer journey. Euan Tait is a librettist and poet, a retreat leader who works across the country, and a lecturer in English and creative writing.  He delivers 'Praying with Music' retreats, which explore the inner life of music of such composers as Bach, Beethoven, Elgar and Vaughan Williams.
